We want you to love your Forever 21 purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of the shipping date for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Items

Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible and include the printed return packing slip inside the box.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it firmly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number to monitor your refund status.
